Report Student Absence

Our Harvest Preparatory School administration, faculty, and staff pray for your children -- and your entire family -- every day. Our hope is for your children to take every opportunity to grow in wisdom and knowledge from a biblical world-view each and every school day. But we recognize from time to time, circumstances may arrise that prevent your child or children from being at school.

To report a student absent in Lower School, please contact Mrs. Andrea Lutchman at 614-382-1111 ext. 218. To report a student absent in Upper School, please contact Ms. Cindy Arthur at 614-382-1111 ext. 415.
Please be aware that for the absence to be excused, the school must receive a written excuse from the parent/guardian. An email is an acceptable written excuse. Please send the email to one of our school Attendance Coordinators: For Lower School, Mrs. Andrea Lutchman (lutchmana@harvestprep.org). For Upper School, Ms. Cindy Arthur (arthurc@harvestprep.org).

Student Enrollment Policy
