Harvest Preparatory School is fully chartered and meets all of the mandated requirements in grades K-12, as established by the Ohio Department of Education. Although the school is hosted by and is a ministry of World Harvest Church, it is a non-denominational body with a student body representing over 70 local churches within the central Ohio area.

Harvest Preparatory School is also a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
